Designed and build by Blair boats in 2009, Lucifer is a ultra light 8.5 meter racing trimaran. Lucifer was built to the NZ 8.5 meter box rule. The main hull and decks are foam composite, with the armas 6mm tortured plywood, the beams are carbon and foam. Blair boats also build the 11m carbon fiber wing mast. Lucifer has been raced hard in a number of coastal classics, BMW race weeks, Auckland regattas, Auckland-Tauranga race, Bay of island race week and many others, she has an impressive results including wins in Bay week, Auckland Regatta and the Coastal Classic. She is currently located in Auckland when she is still actively raced.
